Headbangers Rhythm Royale challenges players to take on 29 other player-controlled pigeons across four increasingly tense rounds, testing their memory, rhythm, reflexes, reaction time, and most importantly … their ability to rap!
Featuring cross-play enabled multiplayer, no pigeon is too near (or too far) to join in on the Headbangers Rhythm Royale fun. Regardless of their platform of choice, players can fly in for some melodic minigame madness with their feathered – and un-feathered – friends*. No pigeon can take to the dancefloor without some perfunctory pruning, and players will have to battle their way through the rounds, collecting delicious (if slightly stale) breadcrumbs that grant access to a wardrobe bursting full of outfits, customizations, and taunts to rub their hard-earned victory in everyone’s beaks.
In Vengeance Is Mine, players step into the shoes of Gabriel Jaeger who was brutally executed by three time travelers heading back to 1664, to obtain an old piece of technology that will allow them to operate the Deacon - a derelict military installation buried under the streets of New Amsterdam. Charles Jaeger, now in full control of the Deacon, rallies his flock to meet their spiritual leader Robert Wright beyond the horizon of space and time. His only problem is Gabriel. Barely making it out alive, Gabriel is in control of the prototype HYDRA mech suit and ready to wreak his revenge.
Merciless melee mech combat is augmented with a time-manipulation mechanic that adds a fascinating twist to encounters. Thanks to the capabilities of the HYDRA mech suit, the player will have the ability to speed up time and blink towards unsuspecting enemies, or rewind time to readjust combos or evade death. HYDRA also comes packing an energy-based projectile weapon that allows you to take on foes at distance.
Experience all of the carnage in Vengeance is Mine to a killer soundtrack, featuring music from Queen, Giorgio Moroder and Stefanie Joosten. Moroder and Joosten have come together for the first time, putting their legendary talents to use to record the title song for the game, making for one truly epic track.
Vengeance Is Mine will be completed in 2023 and will launch in 2024 on Xbox Series X|S, PS5 and PC!

With FIFA 22 being among the most popular releases of the year, it’s not surprising that the game was able to dominate the charts for UK boxed retail this week. That said, FIFA 22 sales went down by 35% compared to last year’s installments, with the overall digital sales in the UK and other countries not revealed yet. However, gamers are still flocking the best mobile sports betting apps after the resumption of major sports leagues this year for more entertainment.
According to the data released by GFK Chart-Track in the past week, there were several predictable changes in UK’s physical game sales, with FIFA 22 ranking on top. However, despite the launch sales going down by 35% compared to FIFA 21 (which was already down by 42% compared to FIFA 20), the series’ digital sales have continued to grow, with FIFA 22 going up by 31%.
41% of FIFA 22 sales came through the PS4, with Xbox One following closely at 27%, while PS5 accounted for 23%. Surprisingly, the Legacy edition on Nintendo Switch sold more than Xbox Series X/S in physical sales, with Nintendo accounting for 5% of the sales while Xbox made up 4%. However, FIFA 22’s poor performance on Xbox Series X/S is attributable to the dual format of Xbox consoles.
Sonic Colors Ultimate came out as a new entry in the Charts, following its physical release in Europe. The remaster secured the No. 3 spot in the Charts, with 53% of its sales coming from Nintendo switch, with PS4 accounting for 32% and Xbox One registering 15%. The game was followed by Hot Wheels Unleashed at No 4, with its solid debut seeing 39% of its sales through PS5, while the Switch registered 27%. Additionally, the Xbox One accounted for 11% of Hot Wheels Unleashed, while Xbox Series X/S took 8%.
The hype is ramping up for the next generation of consoles, with the Xbox Series X appearing to be going all-out to break the momentum gained by the PlayStation 4 for Sony. However, regardless of how iconic they’ve made the new console appear, or however many updated titles are released - as we reported at www.360-hq.com on the Xbox One X enhanced games list; it will all ultimately come down to the console’s unique selling points.
Regular releases of top-class exclusives have been the decisive factor in the past. Still, in the age of nostalgia-run entertainment and increasingly expensive gaming, perhaps another strategy could see the Microsoft console come out on top. This strategy would be to offer the console as the ultimate method of rekindling a love of classic games, merely building off of an extensive range already in place on Xbox systems.
Make backwards compatible games core to the Xbox Series X
Microsoft has already announced that the Xbox Series X will be taking backwards compatibility to the next level. The team has doubled down on the strategy, saying that the thousands of backwards compatible games on the Xbox, Xbox 360, and Xbox One will be coming to the new console and will play even better than before. To really drill in this selling-point and call back so many fans of the past, Microsoft should go further than merely just providing the games.
To make a real statement of intent that catches headlines that simply cannot be claimed by the PlayStation 5, the Xbox Series X – either through Game Pass or Gold – should offer all Xbox and 360backwards compatible games for free. Free gaming has become a core aspect of modern gaming, with the success of Fortnite and its ilk proving such on consoles.
In the further industry, in the online casino sector, for example, the extensive range of titles made free to play at vegasslotsonline.com prove that 'free gaming' is an intrinsic factor in attracting any modern demographic. People flock to these platforms when there’s any product on offer, especially if those slots and games, such as Buffalo and Spartacus: Gladiator of Rome, are pay-to-play elsewhere.
Microsoft and the development teams have already made a good amount of money from initial sales, and also Xbox One backwards compatible sales. Putting the classic games up for free in some way through the Xbox Series X would immediately make it a must-have console for long-time gamers.
Make games more accessible to Xbox owners
Of the big three home consoles, there’s no denying that the Nintendo Switch is the most user-friendly. From its hybrid nature to the games that it champions – and their impeccable quality on release – the Switch has become the pinnacle of friendly gaming. A major way in which the console further emphasizes this fact is through its extensive collection of demos. The glut of their major releases or high-cost, offbeat releases all offer demos.
There are some demos available through the Xbox One right now, but the offering is very quaint. While much of this comes down to the developers, Microsoft should make a point of featuring a demo for their major releases. It makes the games much more accessible, particularly in this age of high-cost gaming. They are also often very useful tools for game studios as they have a huge capacity to further sales. The hands-on experience is far more effective at selling a game, if available, than making players search online for gameplay videos and opinions.
The PlayStation 4 has also been relatively weak on the demos front, though slightly more accommodating than the Xbox One. So, to separate itself from the Sony console, the Xbox Series X could declare that all players will be able to try before they buy on all exclusives before their release. This way, players would be able to get some real experience with their chose titles before parting with a good chunk of cash.
Everyone knows that the new consoles are going to be very expensive - and the new games will probably be a tad more expensive too. So, to help balance this, as well as create a new selling-point based on inset practices, the Xbox Series X should make the backwards compatible library free to owners of the new console. This will work a great deal at launch, and then, to uphold a user-friendly outlook, they should look at deploying an extensive demo strategy.
The Master Chief is back. Poised to become the biggest entertainment launch of the year so far, "Halo 4" is the first chapter of a brand-new saga in the genre-defining, $3 billion franchise that has shaped entertainment history and sold a staggering 46 million games worldwide.
Hailed by NBC News as "breathtaking, heart-breaking and awe-inspiring,"1 "Halo 4" has garnered universal acclaim as one of the top-rated video games of 2012, according to Metacritic.2 In a year jam-packed with record-breaking Hollywood movies and games, "Halo 4" is expected to break all previous day-one entertainment sales records in 2012, cementing its status as the must-have blockbuster of the year.
Excitement for the return of the Master Chief has swept the globe. In London, a massive illuminated glyph soared over the River Thames, a symbol of the new threat that has awakened in "Halo 4." The glyph, which measures 50 feet in diameter and weighs 3.2 tons, was illuminated by 113,096 LED lights and represents one of the largest objects ever to be flown by helicopter as a lighting art performance. On Oct. 30, the European country of Liechtenstein was reimagined into a real-life replica of the "Halo" universe, marking the first time a brand has taken over an entire country for an entertainment launch. For one day only, Xbox 360 transformed some of the country’s most iconic landmarks, including a 13th-century castle and a working mine, to create a mysterious alternate universe in the heart of Europe — all inspired by "Halo."
