I used that new drm tool the other day, worked a charm. The only thing was you had to re-download (not fully though, it only took 5-10 seconds for each download) all the things you wanted to transfer the licenses for individually. Luckily i didn't have many things but if you have loads, it could be a bit of a pain.

Nah you can't transfer the downloaded contents from your console to your friends and family cuz my friends tried it and it didn't work.

I think its meant to transfer your purchases between consoles (not from one hard drive to the next) because if you send away you keep your HDD and get a new console, I think it just links your purchases to this new console
